1. Agreement to these terms

By using accelerated-re.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is owned and operated by Accelerated RE LLC (“Accelerated RE,” “we,” “us”), 5325 S. Fort Apache Rd #D-94, Las Vegas, NV 89148.

2. Information only: no offer of securities, no advice

The Site is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security.

Any securities offered by affiliates of Accelerated RE are offered only through a separate offering platform, only to investors who meet the applicable eligibility requirements, and only through official offering documents.

Nothing on the Site is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Please speak with your own advisors before making decisions. Our Disclosures page is part of these terms.

3. Project information and forward-looking statements

Past performance information on the Site is historical, relates to specific properties and time periods, and is not a guarantee or prediction of future results.

Renderings, rents, timelines, unit counts, amenities and community features are anticipated and subject to change without notice. Renderings and photos are illustrative. Statements about the future, such as completion dates, rents or demand, involve risk and uncertainty, and actual results may differ materially.

We try to keep the Site accurate, but we do not promise it is complete or current. Nothing on the Site is an offer to rent or lease a home. Availability, pricing and eligibility are set by the lease and application process for each community.

Articles and quotes from news outlets and public officials belong to their publishers and speakers. They appear for reference and reflect those views, not necessarily ours.

4. Ownership and permitted use

The Site’s content, including text, graphics, logos, photos, renderings and layout, belongs to Accelerated RE or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. “Accelerated RE” and our logos are our marks.

You may view the Site, and print or share a page for personal, non-commercial use. Members of the press may quote the Site with credit and a link. Any other copying, republishing, framing or commercial use needs our written permission.

Content from others, such as news outlets, photographers and public officials, stays theirs.

5. Using the Site, forms and links

Please do not:

• break, probe or overload the Site or its security;
• scrape the Site or copy it in bulk;
• send spam, malware, or unlawful, harassing or misleading content;
• pretend to be someone else.

When you submit a form, please give accurate information. Submitting a form or joining a community interest list is a request for information only. It does not reserve a home, create a lease, or commit you or us to anything. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

The Site links to, and embeds content from, other websites such as news outlets, maps and video services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Accelerated RE and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on its content.

Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

7. Indemnity, governing law, changes and contact

Indemnity. You agree to defend and hold harmless Accelerated RE and its affiliates from claims and costs arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes. We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. If you keep using the Site, you accept the update. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Disclosures page are the whole agreement about the Site.
