1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Accelerated RE LLC (“Accelerated RE,” “we,” “us”) collects through accelerated-re.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. We are located at 5325 S. Fort Apache Rd #D-94, Las Vegas, NV 89148.

This policy covers the Site only. Offerings by affiliates of Accelerated RE are made through a separate offering platform and official offering documents, which may have their own privacy terms.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use a form on the Site, we collect what you enter:

• Contact form: first and last name, email address, how you describe yourself (prospective resident, investor, broker or land owner, press, or other), and your message.
• Community interest forms, such as Sunridge on Searles: the same details, plus your phone number and when you hope to move.

Form submissions are sent by email to our team. They are not stored in the Site’s database. If you email or call us, we collect what you share and the contact details you use.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting systems log technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the date and time. We use this to keep the Site secure and running.

What we do not collect. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank or card details, or other sensitive financial information through the Site. Please do not send them through our forms.

3. How we use information

We use the information you give us to:

• Answer your questions and requests, and keep community interest lists.
• Tell you about our communities, availability and timelines, and send updates you asked for.
• Respond to investor, broker, land owner and press inquiries.
• Run, secure and improve the Site, including preventing spam and misuse.
• Meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

We contact you by email and, if you gave a phone number, by phone or text message. We do this only about your inquiry or updates you asked for. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You can ask us to stop at any time (Section 6).

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

We share information only with:

• Service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as website hosting, email, website security, and backup and cloud storage. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
• Affiliates and project partners, when needed to answer your inquiry, for example the team developing a community you asked about.
• Authorities or other parties, when the law requires it or to protect rights, safety and security.
• A buyer or successor, if Accelerated RE or a project is sold or reorganized.

Embedded content from other companies is described in Section 5.

5. Cookies and embedded content

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. The Site uses cookies needed for it to work and stay secure. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy before we begin.

Some pages embed content from other companies, including Google Maps, YouTube and Vimeo. When that content loads, the provider may receive your IP address and set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, parts of the Site, such as maps and videos, may not display.

The Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

6. Your choices and rights

• Stop contact. Reply “stop” to a message, or tell us at the email address or phone number in Section 8.
• Access, correct or delete. You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal limits. Email info@acceleratedmgt.com. We will respond within 45 days.
• Nevada residents. Nevada law lets you ask us not to sell covered information about you. We do not sell it, but you may send a request to info@acceleratedmgt.com and we will respond within 60 days.
• California and other states. Residents of some states have additional rights, such as to know, delete and correct personal information. Contact us at the address in Section 8 and we will review your request.

We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

7. How long we keep information, and security

We keep form submissions and correspondence for as long as we need them to respond to you, keep interest lists current, and meet legal and business record requirements. After that we delete them.

We use reasonable safeguards, including secure (HTTPS) connections, access controls and regular backups. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children, links, changes and contact

Children. The Site is for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Other websites. The Site links to outside websites, including news articles about our communities. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Changes. We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version, and we will post material changes on this page and email people on our update lists.
